I think just posting pictures with captions here and there is going to be my blogging style, unless I have something very important to say, which doesn’t happen all that often…
So with that said, here are pictures from the past month or so:
Max LOVES to eat. He devours everything we put in front of him and he fusses when we stop.
Emmy’s selfie, with her sidekick Max.
My helper…kinda. After we’re done shoveling, she throws snow back onto the driveway and tells me I forgot some!
Emmy and my sad attempt at a snowman. Emmy wanted to build a snowman like the one at the house two doors down from us. They have an 8 foot snowman in their yard. Although, ours isn’t 8 ft, she still seems pretty proud of our little guy! 🙂
“I’m working, mom! I need to fix this tire with my wrench!”
My dapper dude.
Emmy is quite rough with Max, but she sure does love him. Even the nurse commented at Max’s Dr appt how she can already see how protective Emmy is of her little brother. And it’s true…whenever he is crying, if she made him cry, she will then cry too. Or if she hears him cry, she comes running to see why he’s crying and if he’s okay.
One on one time with mommy and daddy
We took Emmy to Sesame Street Live: Let’s Dance! And she was in total awe! She loved it, except for when the characters would try to come and say hi to her in the aisle. She has suddenly become terrified of anyone dressed up in costume…I guess she is my daughter, after all! 🙂
We went to check out the ice sculptures at the Winter Carnival in St Paul.
Emmy and her friend, Eloise playing princess. Although, Emmy the princess is all about the PARTAAAY!!!
Max and his fellow hunk of a chunk, Oliver.
When Jeremiah tries to get a bit of work done at home, this is usually the way it goes…surrounded by kids (and his wife) wanting to talk and play. And just a heads up, Emmy loves to give wet willies these days…to those who least expect it.
